Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Handles sensitive and confidential information.
• Ensures all data is entered timely and accurately.
• Processes outgoing payments.
• Handles bank deposits.
• Ensures all accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
• Answers phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provides high levels of professional communication verbally and electronically,
• Processes petty cash reimbursements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associates degree in accounting preferred.
• Two to three years of accounts payable or relatable experience.

Salary: DOE $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
